- E-Customs Declaration: Must be completed within 48 hours of your flight via the e-CD portal. Your assistant will guide you through this.
- SATUSEHAT Health Pass: Recommended to complete online before departure.
- Departure Service: VIP Departure Assistance is also available — including check-in help and priority security clearance.
- Flight Delays: No extra charges. We monitor all flight numbers in real-time and your greeter will be waiting at your actual arrival time.

No. The mandatory Bali Tourist Levy of Rp 150,000 per person is not included in any of our service packages. This fee must be paid separately via the official Love Bali portal (lovebali.baliprov.go.id). We strongly recommend completing this payment before you depart to avoid delays on arrival.
